Counseling is a collaborative partnership between you and your counselor. As you are the expert of your story, your engagement is essential for progress. Krissy's role is to support you as you explore challenges, offer clinical feedback, and introduce new coping strategies. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. It is important for you to check if your insurance covers mental health services and the amount it will cover, along with any copays or deductibles. Co-pays and fees for service are due in full at the time of service.

If your insurance company is not listed, a “Superbill” can be provided upon request. This is a specialized statement, which you can submit to your health insurance company if they offer member reimbursement for out-of-network services. Full payment will be due at the time of service.

Services not provided

Treatment for clients unwilling to engage therapeutically
After-hours crisis services or ongoing case management
Custody evaluations or court-related assessments
Specialized substance abuse treatment
Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice required

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $150 fee. Three missed appointments without notice may result in service termination. This time is reserved just for you — we appreciate your understanding.
