Life often presents us with challenges that are difficult to navigate. Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or facing a difficult situation, change is possible. By taking this first step towards counseling, you have already shown courage and hope.
The Counseling Place LLC is a mental health private practice run by me, Krissy Tost, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer individual (age 18+) and family counseling for a variety of issues.
At The Counseling Place LLC, you will find a supportive environment where you can openly discuss and address challenges impacting your life. Counseling is a collaborative process and together we will work to:
- Process challenging experiences in a confidential and supportive setting.
- Identify patterns in your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships that may be contributing to your distress or negatively impacting your life.
- Gain insights into how those patterns are shaped by your experiences and relationships.
- Cultivate new skills and enhance your existing strengths to foster healthier patterns for a thriving life.
